His house is big and old in the country, and there are many garden. She finds a secret garden. She is interested in this secret garden. that's first time she is interested in something. Then, she meets two boys, she gradually becomes to make friends with them. Mary gradually change her character, and she likes everybody who meet in Yorkshire.

Evaluation: 4stars
It's heartwarming story, because she gradually knows love between persons. I like the story like that! I think Mrs.Medlock is the best person who has influence on Mary. I like Mrs. Medlock the best of all people in the story.
